柿（Persimmon），学 名： Diospyros kaki，属于柿树科(Ebenaceae)，别 名： 朱果、猴枣，高大落叶乔木， 原产中国。栽培历史在2500年以上。北魏《齐民要术》中已有以君迁子为砧木，用嫁接方法繁殖柿的记载。自明代以来，柿产区多以柿饼代粮备荒。柿属植物在全世界约有250种，主要分布于热带和亚热带，其中可作果树栽培或砧木用的有柿，君迁子，油柿和浙江柿。
形态特征
乔木，高4—9米；主干暗褐色，树皮鳞片状开裂，幼枝有绒毛。
叶质肥厚，椭圆状卵形至长圆形或倒卵形，长6—18厘米，宽3-9厘米，表面深绿色，有光泽，背面淡绿色，疏生褐色柔毛；叶柄长l—1.5厘米，有毛。花黄色，雌雄异株或同株；雄花每3朵集生或成短聚伞花序；雌花单生于叶腋；花萼4深裂，裂片三角形，无毛。浆果卵圆形成扁球形，直径3—8厘米，桔红色或橙黄色，有光泽。花期6月，果熟期9—10月。...
