轴距(mm)：轴矩,是通过车辆同一侧相邻两车轮的中点，并垂直于车辆纵向对称平面的二垂线之间的距离。简单的说,就是汽车前轴中心到后轴中心的距离。
分类
一、火车的轴距：
机车或其它车厢的轴距。又分固定轴距和全轴距。
全轴距即最前轴到最后轴的距离，是影响列车“转盘长度”的主要参数。
固定轴距，则是在火车运行中始终平行的最前轴到最后轴的距离。如固定轴距过长，转弯时对轨道压力增加，甚至会导致出轨。
