1. Article 48 Port animal and plant quarantine offices shall collect fees, according to relevant regulations, for performing quarantine inspection.

No further quarantine inspection is needed at the port of exit. 
   第二十四条　运输动植物、动植物产品和其他检疫物过境的，由承运人或者押运人持货运单和输出国家或者地区政府动植物检疫机关出具的检疫证书，在进境时向口岸动植物检疫机关报检，出境口岸不再检疫。
5. (3) Transferring or disposing of, without authorization, the animals or plants subjected to quarantine inspection in an isolation court designated by the port animal and plant quarantine office.
