1. (k) Members are not obliged to apply the conditions set forth in subparagraphs (b) and (f) where such use is permitted to remedy a practice determined after judicial or administrative process to be anti-competitive. 
   　　(k)如果有关使用系经司法或行政程序业已确定为反竞争行为的救济方才允许的使用，则成员无义务适用上述(b)项及(f)项所定的条件。
2. Where the invention-creation involved in the compulsory license relates to the semi-conductor technology, the exploitation of the compulsory license shall be limited only for public non-commercial use or to remedy a practice determined after judicial or administrative process to be anti-competitive.
