1. Where such person requests for a search report on a utility model patent, he shall submit a request, indicating the patent number of the said patent for utility model.

5. Where the infringement relates to a patent for utility model, the people's court or the administrative authority for patent affairs may ask the patentee to furnish a search report made by the patent administration department under the State Council. 
   涉及实用新型专利的，人民法院或者管理专利工作的部门可以要求专利权人出具由国务院专利行政部门作出的检索报告。
